Your First Order!
Just have your clothes ready. Our Agent (Laundry Man) will bring a LE LAUNDRY Laundry bag to place your loose clothes in. Our Man will then take the order on the Mobile/Tablet and you will get an instant order update with item details.
We are currently operating in the major areas of Pondicherry,Cuddalore,Neyveli.
Don’t worry about sorting your clothes, we will do that for you.
Just choose the category that you think best suits your item. We will contact you if there is any problem. Or if you cannot find a best suited category, please contact Customer Care.
Pickup & Delivery
We charges 40 Rs. for orders less than 300. We feel it’s our moral right and part of our customer service.
Turnaround time from pick-up to drop off is 24 Hours and for Express service 4 hours. T&C applied
Yes, you can by calling us at +91 8882 645 645, 1 hour prior to the pickup time or delivery time to reschedule..
In case you missed a pickup you can create a new pickup request from our Application or Website.
Where as in case you missed a Delivery you can collect the clothes from the store or you need to call us at 0755-4000 640 for further assistance.
If your clothes have not been collected within 60 days we reserve the right to give them to charity.

Yes, you can cancel the order from website / call before your order is picked up.
We work from 8 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. We are closed on some National Holidays. Check the same on our website.
